Rather than solely on speculation about the future, I believe it is more productive to study and understand how prophecy has been fulfilled in the past and relates to the present. This will not only help us to have a clearer understanding of God's plan for the world, but it will also give us hope and inspiration for the future. Throughout history, there have been numerous failed predictions of the end of the world and the return of Christ, often referred to as "rapture dates." One of the most notable examples of this is the Millerite movement of the 19th century, which was founded by William
Miller, who predicted that Christ would return in 1844. This prediction, known as the "Great Disappointment," caused widespread excitement and preparation among Miller's followers. Still, many people lost faith when the prophecy did not come to pass, and the movement was greatly discredited.

LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU

Therefore, it is essential to strike a balance between studying the end-times prophecies and emphasizing the fundamental message of the gospel. As Christians, we must remember that the end-times will come at an appointed time, known only by God, and instead, we must focus on living a life that glorifies God, spreads his love, and shares the good news of the gospel with others.
