About Dwaine & Cheryl

We are Dwaine and Cheryl Senechal, students of Scripture who believe the Bible makes the most sense when we read it in the world it was first spoken. Our heart is not to chase trends or repeat slogans, but to slow down, hear the text as the first hearers would have, and let it point us to Christ.

Dwaine spends his time studying, writing, and teaching through podcasts and commentaries. Cheryl brings the same love for the Word into her own studies and helps shape and steady the work you see here at Berean Post. Together, we balance research and reflection with the life of a busy home, family, and community.

Berean Post is simply our way of inviting you into that journey. As we test everything by the Word, we hope you’ll see — as we do — that Jesus is at the center of it all.
