Rejection often feels deeper than it is — not because others actually rejected us, but because our brains are wired for survival, not sanity. The antidote to rejection spirals? Truth. Ask, “What’s actually true?” instead of letting fear narrate. Rejection may still sting, but it doesn’t define you.
